First of all I’m so happy my planet fitness finally upgraded us to 3 new machines including the hack squat machine , but oh boy I was not expecting it to be this heavy ! Definitely humbled me but I love a good challenge 😼 Machine left me these warrior marks , anybody else loves their gym marks 😹?

I am too short for the heck squat machine, so I bought these foam blocks from the yoga area, and I put them on top of my shoulders. Definitely save your shoulders from all that.

Same thing happened to me 😭
